VDF Flooring

VDF flooring or Vacuum Dewatered Flooring or Tremix Flooring is framework for laying super solid floors where the key is de-watering of concrete by vacuum process wherein surplus water from solid is evacuated promptly subsequent to setting and vibration in this way water can be brought to a optimum level in concrete.

Water plays a major role in achieving concrete to its maximum com-pressive strength when the w/c ratio Is low, work-ability is low but the strength Is high whereas where w/c ratio is high work-ability alsohigh but the strength is low. To encounter this problem with high strength and also work- ability, VDF method is used.
